Intended Purpose: The Service is intended to provide educational speech and language content, practise activities, basic target-setting & recommendation tools, and performance dashboards to support tracking of educational goals and outcomes.
Unacceptable Use: Users must not use the Service as a substitute for professional support from qualified Speech and Language Therapists or healthcare professionals. Chatterdillo is provided "as is" and serves as a supplementary tool. Chatterdillo is not responsible for learner outcomes. Users are advised to seek other more comprehensive Speech and Language Therapy services in addition to using our platform.
Ownership: Chatterdillo and its licensors own all intellectual property related to the Service.
Restrictions: Users may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use the materials from the Service for any purpose other than personal use.
Parent subscriptions are currently billed monthly at the price shown before checkout and are processed by Stripe. School payment terms are stated in the relevant order or invoice. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's statutory rights where the Service is faulty, misdescribed, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Parent subscribers can cancel future renewal through the subscription management portal. Consumers may also have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. The effect of asking for digital services to begin during that period, including any proportionate charge for service already supplied, will be explained before checkout. Contact support@chatterdillo.com to exercise a statutory cancellation or refund right.
Access ends when an account or subscription is terminated. Personal information is retained and deleted according to our Data & Privacy Policy, school instructions where applicable, legal and accounting duties, disputes, security needs, and backup cycles.
Please contact support@chatterdillo.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint. These Terms do not remove a consumer's right to use the courts or any mandatory dispute process.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or service reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings under the law that applies where they live.
